The route starts at Levický Castle in the city center. It passes through the town through the Calvary with a lookout tower and through Staré Levice it comes under the view of Vápnik. Here it turns left and descends slightly to the local part of Kalinčiakovo. From Kalinčiak, the route continues to the village of Krškany, where in the part of Malá Krškany it crosses a forest road and leads through the beautiful Horšianská valley to Horše, where it ends.
